I've been a long time customer of this Kia service center and have noticed the quality of service go down considerably in the past couple of years. My most recent service was a terrible experience and it's time to move on to another center. I took my car in for recall work towards the end of last year and my car had 3 recalls to do. Two of three were completed, but they didn't have the parts to complete the third, even though I had scheduled the appointment in advance. Andrew in the Kia Service Department was excellent on my recent oil change and recall check. Car was clean when finished and everything went super smooth. Ask for Andrew if you have the option. Super nice guy and has the same name as me!
3 hour wait for a oil change they said would take 45 mins .. Now I know it usually takes lil over an hour .. But since I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance.The appointment was early morning I believed it would be done in 45 like he said. They said they rotated the tires but I have different sets one brand in the front a different brand in the rear so I know they did not rotate them Why The Lie ? ... Staff is not helpful will never bring my service back to this place . Giving my business elsewhere.
I’ve bought my last 2 cars here. I referred my brother who has bought 4 cars from Kia of Irvine, and several of my close friends have too after I referred them. I highly recommend this dealership. Great people to work with who are knowledgeable and patient. My experience has been great and I highly recommend this dealership.
