I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they’ve always done a great job. However, this last time has made me want to try a different location. Not only was it almost $500 to replace a battery, but my car took almost 7 hours. I also found out that my car had been done for over an hour and I was not notified that it had been finished. I waited at the dealership for nothing and my time was wasted. Bradley did not seem to care too much that he wasted my time.
Kia Sucks they put their greed above safety. My 2018 kia soul 1.6 caught on fire while driving it on the freeway Nov 10 2024 and kia knowingly sold me this Death Trap and will not take responsibility at all! Aug 2024 I had tuneup and oil change so explain how it happened? Funny there are 1000’s of same problems same make and model but kia finds every which way to get out of it UNTIL they’re SUED! I've been a long time customer of this Kia service center and have noticed the quality of service go down considerably in the past couple of years. My most recent service was a terrible experience and it's time to move on to another center. I took my car in for recall work towards the end of last year and my car had 3 recalls to do. Two of three were completed, but they didn't have the parts to complete the third, even though I had scheduled the appointment in advance.
