Within 1 hour of calling to schedule the 15,000 mile service on my vehicle, I was sitting in the waiting room with a cup of coffee in my hand. Speaking with the Service COnsultant was a pleasurable experience and it took about 5 minutes for us to come to agreement on what was to be done to the vehicle and what discounts I had available. Very good experience. John did an excellent job of showing vehicles and explaining details. He and the dealership worked with me in every way to help me purchase a car. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Best Kia to anyone purchasing a car.

Tiffany Goodnough was very friendly and explained everything very well. This was my first visit to the service department since I bought my Sorento. She made everything very easy. Joseph Kainer did an excellent job servicing my car. He even cleaned my windows. I love the multipoint inspection. From the time I called to place the appointment until the time I drove my car to work, it was a real pleasure. I dealt specifically with Tiffany. She was professional and courteous. My appointment was at 7 a.m. The mechanics had my car in the shop soon after. The oil and filter change as well as the tire rotation was completed in less than an hour. I brought my 2013 Kia Sorrento in for its first oil change and was meet by Tiffany. I had dealt with her before and she was both helpful and friendly. Took about 35 minutes to change the oil and they were very busy. Fast, Friendly service what more could you ask for.
