While this situation started out frustrating after an ICCU replacement on my EV, I do appreciate the effort the dealership made to ultimately make things right. A high-voltage interlock issue came up afterward, and it took some back-and-forth to get to the root cause. Caroline was a big help throughout the process. Great experience. Bought a 2026 carnival from Devin. He's very respectful, responsive and was willing to work with me to find what worked for our family. The finance department was quick and easy. Never felt pressured.
Had an appointment for Thursday at 10:30am they did not look at my vehicle until Tuesday at 4pm. You can never get a hold of a person, you just get voicemail and texts they don't respond to. After having my vehicle for 3 weeks nothing was done because I need 5 year of receipts for them to honor the warranty. When tow truck showed to pick up the vehicle they wouldn't release it, and the only person that could take payments was in a 3 hour meeting. This place is a joke. Will never get a Kia again or shop at any Fox store.
