This place is horrible. I’ve been here 3 times for an issue with charging and tire pressure and they have yet to fix the issue. They simply changed a few “settings” for the charging issue and put air in my tire, although I told them it’s more complex than needing just air. They never answer the phone… don’t waste your time going here.

They make it very clear that they will not try to get any work covered by warranty. I bought a brand new Ev6 here a few months ago and I am having issues with a window. The lady at the desk won’t even glance at it without putting in a charge for labor. Separate occasion my older Kia Sedona has an extended warranty released by corporate Kia for leaking oil. The paper clearly states the diagnosis is free. Lady at Kia says it’s not. I call corporate and they say it’s free and try to contact the dealer. The dealer ignores them. ... read more
