Appreciated the courtesy car at drop off and delivery of vehicle after service
Took my car in due to my Kia consuming an excessive amount of oil. The miles on my car at that time was under 110,000. Completed an oil test; it failed. They told me I had to pay for a combustion cleaning of some sort; they started the test (mind you I have no clue what this test/cleaning entails) but was contacted that after the test completed my car wouldn't start.
