Driving our Kia Optima hybrid on I-80 from Denver to the Omaha area when our engine light came on. Fortunately we stopped in Grand Island at Anderson Kia. It was late in the day but they agreed to take a look and check out the codes it was showing. They did a thorough inspection and drove the car several miles to diagnose the problem. Went to test drive a Telluride. The one I wanted was in the shop. Fine. I asked to test drive another and salesman said they all drive different. He never offered anything else and I felt like I was putting him out. Going to avoid this place going forward. They didn't want my business, it seemed.
I bought a 2021 Malibu from there, it was a used car so I wasn’t expecting a perfect vehicle, but after being purchased it had transmission issues on the way home and has continued having issues ever since the purchase. They told us when we got the vehicle that there wasn’t anything wrong with it that they fixed the parts before selling it, then when we called to tell them we were having issues with the transmission they told us to call warranty and that they couldn’t do anything about it.
Bradley was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Kia to anyone looking to purchase another vehicle!
