I was extremely pleased with the service department, from scheduling my appointment to getting the work done and finding that my Sorento was washed before giving it back to me.

Buyer beware!! Trying to talk to service about scheduling for recalls on a faulty brake line for a 2016 Kia forte and they don’t have inspections available until December!! Brake line has already gone out (we’re okay by the way) but do they care? Apparently not. I feel bad for the sales team the plan is to get these brakes taken care of and look for a new vehicle since this is pushing 200k miles but why in the world would I buy from here? Every vehicle can have recalls, but how they handle them is what’s important. Never had... read more
