The Auto Service person was a nightmare, Ken Weber. He charged us more than the coupon says it should. He did not schedule an appointment when the part came in. Did not fill out the paperwork for our reimbursement from Kia till 10 days later, he did this on purpose. Never answered a phone call from me or my husband.
