This is our second time to purchase a car from Kia of East Hartford. Brianna helped us throughout this process and addressed our questions very patiently. She made the trade-in and purchase process very transparent and efficient. Before handing the car to us, the staff detailed it inside and out, and offered to replace the windshield for free because of safety. I got the worst experience in this dealership. They keep my car for almost a week to get a recall done in the service department. I only called them because they never get in touch with me to give me an update and the service is terrible. I don’t recommend this Dealer to Anyone not at the service department personal walk with me to show me what was done on my car. I just walked into the office, asked for my keys. This was my first experience in buying a new car, and working with Carlos made it much easier than I had anticipated. He went above and beyond with many parts of the sale including explaining almost every little button that I was curious about!
