My recent service at Kia of East Hartford was great. The service was timely and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was happy to find my final bill was discounted, which was a pleasant surprise. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and the free coffee was a nice touch. I would recommend the dealership to others. My only suggestions for improvement would be to add a water cooler and some free snacks like bagels or sandwiches for customers with longer waits.
Amazing experience everyone went out of their way to help me get a new car. Derek Severini and Deen were friendly, courteous and Derek helped me get the best approval possible. Highly recommend Kia of East Hartford if you're looking for a new/certified pre-owned vehicle.
We are very excited to start our journey with the team at Kia, from the time we got there to when we left, everyone was very professional and friendly , Dustin, Derick ,Tyler were extremely knowledgeable about their products from start to end, they helped us transition into our new Kia. A wonderful experience would highly recommend anyone looking for dependable used or new vehicle should go see them..
Overall good experience buying a preowned car. With the exception the 4 new tires that were installed on the vehicle were mismatched from front to rear. One brand was decent the other is cheap option that should not be on a performance vehicle. Also tires were WAY overinflated to 47psi.
