Overall great service. Friendly staff
Went multiple times for a fix under warranty and multiple times told they didn’t have the part in stock. Then I was told I needed to call and make sure that they have the part in stock - not my responsibility. They should be doing that especially when the issue was diagnosed and they knew what it was and I made the appointment a week in advance so they had time to get it. Needed a Service appointment for a tire repair. Spoke with Alisha, she made the appointment for immediate service that fit my schedule. She was Amazing to interact with!! Great customer service skills, kept me updated throughout appointment and corrected a service fee issue immediately. Alisha is a great asset in the Service Department and truly appreciated!!
