Needed a Service appointment for a tire repair. Spoke with Alisha, she made the appointment for immediate service that fit my schedule. She was Amazing to interact with!! Great customer service skills, kept me updated throughout appointment and corrected a service fee issue immediately. Alisha is a great asset in the Service Department and truly appreciated!!
Bought a car awhile back, got screwed over on that too, that’s a whole different story. When we were sold the car, the salesman had told us that EVERYTHING was covered under warranty, so us thinking EVERYTHING was covered, we decided to setup an appointment to get them looked at and see if they need to be replaced. Decent place lots to do while you wait. They have free snacks and water as well. Customer service people are friendly as well
