Whole Kia of Dayton service department is an absolute joke. They don’t listen, they’re just there to take your money. I was even charged for a recall because my car was “out of warranty” which makes zero sense, because that doesn’t sound like a recall. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and when I got it back I couldn’t even drive it at highway speed because they didn’t bother to recommend or perform a balance (which to my fault I assumed came included with a oil change and rotation. Legit the best car buying experience I’ve had. Shandell helped me and my son both buy a new car. Shandell was awesome! Super fun guy to work with and made the process easy. Didn’t play any games. I highly recommend him. I had to stop buying again after and Gabe the finance guy saw me coming and made me laugh as I was walking in and when I walked in Shandell hollered across the sales room floor to greet me.
