Waste of time, not helpful and dropped the ball then pointed fingers.
It was uncanny to see how unprofessional the manager of this shop was. While I was there, a service tech asked him if there were any other vehicles left to look at and the manager responded with "you get one stupid question per day and that was it." The tech was irritated by the response and so was I. The same manager then told me about how the guy before him was fired for being incompetent and how he's in charge now.
