Very bad customer service experience at Kia of Cleveland. Spoke on the - text and call - with service provider, Emily, who confirmed a car would be held for us as we drove in from over an hour away (East Knoxville.) We were told this TWICE that the car would be put on hold and a note posted with the keys. Upon our arrival, the customer service was less than desirable.
