Terrible customer service. Walked onto the lot past 2 salesman looking under the hood of a used 2021...nothing...no hello...can I help you...are you looking for something particular. Walked around the lot looking at vehicles but didnt see any EV5 so walked to the building...past the salesman again with no acknowledgment. Great experience purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. Discussed pricing over email and all communications were prompt with no hidden surprises. Financing was great, with no pushiness or extra fees above what we had already agreed to, and the sales staff was able to meet my tight deadlines to pick up my new vehicle. Would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

I recently bought one of the first 2027 KIA EV5s from Kia of Brockville. Bill (our Salesman) and Pat (Sales Manager) were excellent to deal with. We knew we wanted an electric vehicle so we took an EV4 for a test drive but my wife decided she didn't like its low seating position. The EV5 was not in stock yet but I said we probably wanted one as it would be higher and larger inside and our preferred colour was white. First time Kia buyer. Bill our salesman was amazing. Items listed on our contract didn't go as planned and rather than being upfront about it staff lied. Communication was horrible. Calls and emails weren't returned. Even emailed the owner twice with no response. Horrible customer service and still have no outcome or response. Would not recommend this dealership.
