Poor customer service! Bad management! GM Zac was super rude to me, I had only interacted with his salesperson. Had no issues until Zac created drama for no reason. He said we were not a good family even though we are loyal Kia customers, we bought car from there before, we do our oil changes there have never had a problem! Zac told me we are not good enough to get the carnival. I know I personally Didnt do anything wrong to him. And for him to treat me this is easy was unethical. When I purchased my 2020 KIA Soul in August of 2019, one of the main reasons I chose KIA was it’s amazing warranty (insert air quotes). I enjoyed driving around in the comfortable car until this past March, 2021. Here is what happened: I received a recall notice in December of 2020 and, due to my busy schedule, laid it aside. The worst customer service EVER! Stay away and spend your hard money with a dealership that will appreciate and value you as a hardworking customer. COVID and the supply shortage is not a reason to treat customers as though they don’t matter. The General Manager Zac Frederick has no people skills and is a poor representative for Kia. Read his responses to the dealership reviews, they are snarky, thoughtless, and condescending. Poor customer service. The general manager Zac was very disrespectful towards me and my family. He said his cars are special, he will sell these cars to good families and mine wasn’t one of them. We have been loyal Kia customers and his behavior and words are not appropriate. Told us we were fishy and don’t want us to come back ever because decided to back out on buying a car.
