My car has been there since July 6th. Went to chabills on June 5th for 2 flats. They found and "fixed" other issues. Couldn't turn off dash lights. They were told they could drop it off to Kia on July 6 at 930. It has been there since I couldn't teach anyone until July 17th. Was then asked was I sure my car was there. Then told my brakes and rotors were gone. And I needed to return the car to chabills after keeping my car all that time. Stay away from this place for any kind of service. I got my oil changed here. I left the dealership and went home (across the river) stayed an hour and then went back to Baton Rouge. On the way home my oil light came on. At first I thought they just didn’t reset it but when I gave it the gas going up on the bridge it started flashing with message low oil pressure. Trey and Thomas went above and beyond for me. I was upside down on a 2015 Mustang that was quickly losing value. They put in lots of extra work and did what had to be done to get me into an adorable, brand new Soul. I absolutely love it. Thank y'all so much!!

I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone will take the time to talk with you. They do care. No one is rude. Customer care is a very important thing! They practice this perfectly. They even will exchange cards for my business. They are caring. Asking about family and remember things. You aren’t just a “customer” to them, you are their friend! I will never go anywhere else!
