This has probably the worst experience I have had a dealership. Engine needed to be replaced in my 2021 kia sportage and it was with in warranty and the manufacturer did not want to honor the warranty. Just paid the dealership 500 plus dollars for the diagnostic and paid to have the suv towed home and found my engine top in my passenger seat with bolts and screws. Went in for recalls. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back for service to this location again Edit: Not but a couple of months after getting recalls done, my motor gets a rattle. Yep, the motor that's being recalled for defective parts. Only, KIA will not doing anything about mine because it's over 150k miles. They offered to trade my car in (for $500!), ran my credit 6 times, and put me in a used car for $600 a month! Felt like I had been slapped in my face.
