The experience we had with the service team at Kia Alhambra was like night and day compared to other Kia dealerships. We were having an issue with the EPB on our Kia Niro that was covered under warranty. The people who work here have no sense of urgency. I drove up for my appointment to take care of two safety recalls and stayed in my car, as the signs instructed. It took ten minutes for someone to check me in for the appointment. Then for over an hour, I sat in the waiting room watching my car sit in their parking lot before they even did anything. We swore we would never consider buying a Kia brand again not due to the quality of the product but the exceptionally rude and incompetent service we've experienced repeatedly at the DT kia location. We decided to visit the Alhambra location for our recalls even though it's much further from us and we're glad we did. The service was a night and day difference!
