They don't even pick up when you call, I called 4 times and nothing.
I was calling them for 3 weeks to get the gap number and they just give me excuses saying they will return my call. And also they hang out on me I need the number cuz I had and accident and the insurance and bank ask me for the number I almost pay the car in less than 3 years even tho they refuse to give me the number for the gap...
The experience we had with the service team at Kia Alhambra was like night and day compared to other Kia dealerships. We were having an issue with the EPB on our Kia Niro that was covered under warranty. I'd already had bad experiences with other Kia dealerships like Covina Kia and Citrus Kia, so we originally went to Cerritos Kia because they seemed to have higher ratings, but we were treated like crap there.
