They don't even pick up when you call, I called 4 times and nothing.
I was calling them for 3 weeks to get the gap number and they just give me excuses saying they will return my call. And also they hang out on me I need the number cuz I had and accident and the insurance and bank ask me for the number I almost pay the car in less than 3 years even tho they refuse to give me the number for the gap...
The experience we had with the service team at Kia Alhambra was like night and day compared to other Kia dealerships. We were having an issue with the EPB on our Kia Niro that was covered under warranty. I'd already had bad experiences with other Kia dealerships like Covina Kia and Citrus Kia, so we originally went to Cerritos Kia because they seemed to have higher ratings, but we were treated like crap there. The people who work here have no sense of urgency. I drove up for my appointment to take care of two safety recalls and stayed in my car, as the signs instructed. It took ten minutes for someone to check me in for the appointment. Then for over an hour, I sat in the waiting room watching my car sit in their parking lot before they even did anything.
