Payton and Justin went above and beyond to make sure we left with our new SUV today. Payton Moser was very helpful and knowledgeable. Second vehicle we’ve purchased from KIA and cannot complain with their exceptional customer service. Will shop here again!
Very unsatisfied with their service 3 hours no car
Miykah was nice at first, I’m from out of town, drove all over town getting paperwork! I told her from the start I didn’t want to trade my car in or make any down payment she said that was fine then when it was said and done she wanted money! She said it was because of my credit ck and down payment when clearly on sign it said u had to have neither! Thanks, complete mornin wasted!!
Just don't do it! Cars may be nice but the ssles team is crafty and manipulative in every way while being nice about it. Dont be fooled. They just want to take your money and could care less after the sale. Take your time, look at other reputable dealerships. Read your paperwork closely if you do buy. Look for unexplained extra charges. Don't make my mistake. Because of this dealership, I will never buy from Kia again.
