Purchased a new Kia Carnival from the Kia of Abilene Dealership in August 2023. While taking with the sales person, who isn't there anymore, we mentioned that we would like the side windows tinted and a trailer hitch put on for our bicycle rack. The Sales Manager was contacted and said that they could not put the hitch on due to warranty issues but that he could have the windows tinted. I purchased my wife a new Kia Stinger while I was out TDY and they delivered it to the DFW area. I was told the Maintenance plan was good at any Kia dealership. Once we found out that was the case I have spent the last year trying to cancel it I have called and left messages for the finance manger and Rob Nelson to call me back. I bought a 2027 jeep from kia of Abilene, TX in February 2023. I drove it home and there was a noise by the passager front tire. I had to come back the next day to take some paper work and put it in service to see what the noise was. They told me that it was a strut with a something missing. They told me I had to wait until the warranty took affect before they could fix it. I came back the following day and it was the same thing again. I bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox and paid 24K plus 7K in charges. Come to find out, the car's value was 14K. I was told by Kia that it was too bad because I signed a contract.
