Easiest experience I have had at a dealership. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and I never felt overly pressured like at other dealerships. I went in knowing what I wanted, but it did look like they had a good selection of both new and used vehicles.
I had a great experience at Kia North Danvers buying a lightly used vehicle. They were very kind and professional. Thomas was the person I worked with and he went the extra mile to make things smooth. I didn't feel as though anyone tried to push me to buy things that I didn't need. The only small bummer is that my car came with only 1 key. I later found out it was slightly over $400 to get a second key. Maybe it isn't standard, but it would have been nice if the dealership had taken care of this ahead of time or else reduced... read more
