Our Kia Optima broke down just north of Grants Pass, OR while on the way back to Northwest Washington. We had it towed to Kia Medford and dropped it off after hours. Terry at Kia Medford called me the next day and told me they'd be able to look at it at their first opportunity, which turned out to be the following day. He called me again and informed me that an ignition coil had failed, causing a misfire.
