Regarding the service dept...Appointments don't matter. If you need a service done just go and be the first one there. Also please print your coupons if you plan to use! They will not scan a coupon on your phone since they supposedly need to be attached to the service receipt at the end.
I went to Kia Mall of Georgia specifically to compare and test drive the Sorento and Telluride before deciding which one to purchase. Ross came out and showed us both vehicles, but he seemed more focused on walking us around the lot than listening to what I was actually asking for, and we literally had to pump the brakes and remind him again that I wanted to see the interiors and drive them.
