I repeatedly verified the price before driving all the way to the dealership. After test driving, Brent gave a new higher price. Very deceptive and dishonest. Not sure how Brent sleeps at night after ripping off people all day. I left immediately when I realized he was lying to me. He didnt seem shocked, as if he's used to people leaving after they are treated so badly. He claimed the higher price was for some unnecessary coating, but all of the cars have the special coating! We went to Kia to purchase a car for our son and Rob Baffi made the process super easy for us and not once did he pressure us into anything we didn’t want. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Even after the purchase he stayed in contact to make sure everything was good.
