I went to Kia because I was having problems with my a/c not cooling. With the miles on the vehicle I was told that it’s still under warranty. I had to come back another day due to their a/c machine wasn’t working. I went back another day and was skeptical and a little upset once the advisor told me something totally different from a couple of days ago. Brent Causey did an excellent and quick job for us! I appreciated Brent’s honesty and quick turn around time. He was able to handle everything online so that all that was needed when we walked in was a test drive and signing contract. We were done with the purchase of vehicles within an hour on site
Always great experience in the service center and on the sales floor. Easy to get service, and book an appointment. They explain what needs to be done well and they complete things in a timely matter. Everyone is usually very friendly, I always have good service each time I visit and the place is very clean, they also have a nice waiting area.
I purchased a new Carnival at this dealership, and I am very grateful to Peter Lee. Before buying, I contacted several dealers for quotes, but Peter beat the competition; he kept his word and is truly trustworthy.
If you are looking for the most responsibility priced luxury SUV on the road today…. I highly recommend a KIA Telluride XP from KIA Mall of Ga. Deal with Kevin, he’s the man in charge and will make the experience over and beyond your expectations!
