AI seemed to consistently be an issue through my experience - endlessly sending me emails saying someone will contact me and not hearing back - at one point saleman didnt msg me back fast enough so AI texted me and took over the conversation causing confusion 2. Après une crevaison sur l'A40 un dimanche soir, je suis allée chez KIA Joliette dès le lundi matin (en pleine saison de changement de pneus pour l'été !!!). Malgré un horaire chargé, on m'a accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse, on m'a proposé plusieurs options, et tout était très clair. J'ai été rassurée et je savais où je m'en allais ! L'accueil et le professionnalisme de l'équipe sont incroyables !! Si je n'habitais pas à 250km, j'irais chez eux, certain !!!! Merci beaucoup !
