Good customer service
My wife and I were on our way to a conference in Fort Worth when my car started acting up. We arrived at the dealership about a little after 4:30. They squeezed us in since we were so far away and told us they would have it checked out by 6:00. When they did their original fix, the problem was still there. They gave us a rental to get to her conference and told us they would do a deeper diagnosis the next day. As it turned out, they was a much more serious problem with the car.
