They were quick and friendly.
I saw a couple of used cars online and decided to stop in and check them out. Jim came out and introduced himself to the wife and I and showed us the used car section then he hung back. I brought my Kia Forte to the service center. I had two recalls repaired, my transmission repaired and spark plugs replaced. I’m 20-something and was terrified of a huge bill ruining my wellbeing and not having transportation for work, but my total bill was affordable and my 10-year-old car I was very worried about runs like brand new now! Tammie was so kind and reassuring, and all the repairs look less than 2 days. I’m so relieved and thankful. Thank you to everyone at the service center!
Very poor experience. Had a Kia Sportage ready to purchase yesterday. Salesperson had run credit, approved and confirmed pricing. Drove 45 minutes to dealership only to find out the salesperson didnt even have the right vehicle. He had pulled a copletely different color and trim package for dealer prep. When we told him he mad ethe mistake he had no excuse, just said "oh, i screwed that up".
