I had a wheel bearing fail on my 2021 (50,000 miles - warranty still applicable) Kia Seltos. The dealership refused to service me since I hadn't bought the car specifically from them; nevermind that I had just moved into town and that the whole point of being a global company was to have service provided where ever one may be. That refusal forced to spend a large sum of money on a third party fix and a rental car.
