I'm an Active Duty service member getting sent on rotation overseas next week, i just went in for an oil change because my car's signaling me that it's due for service. I had a black lady with an attitude refuse to service my vehicle saying that i needed an appointment and acting like she was doing me a favor by setting me up to wait for 4 hours before they even take a look at my car. This dealership's service department's very poor at what they're supposed to be doing.
In this Kia branch, there is a person that I recommend looking for when you arrive at the dealership, her name is Yaritza Lewis, she is very good and gives you the best advice, which we need when we are looking to buy a car.
