Never call when parts arrive for warranty work, I always have to call and ask to book it in. I asked for a pick up at a specific time with 2 different people and they both said "yes, no problem". Then I called to see if they were running late, and they forgot and said "you have to call." I believe they make an effort with repairs.. however follow up/attention to detail is really lacking in service department.
