They went Absolutely above an beyond Dany was awesome an so was everyone els that helped, thank you guys so much for all your help, I love the car! Definitely recommend these guys if you ever need a car from kia cold lake!
Maddie you were amazing I enjoyed every moment of our interactions. Your knowledge of the KIA vehicles let you explain to me things I never knew or understood, you asked me questions in regard to what I truly wanted and or needed things I had not thought about. You managed to find me the vehicle I wanted in the colour I wanted. I may have waited but you found me a vehicle I’m truly loving. Thanks Maddie you’re the best and I will definitely recommend you. Good Luck.
I had a great experience dealing with Kia Cold Lake! They helped me find something that had all the options I wanted while still being able to get me awesome numbers within my budget. I would absolutely recommend going thru them if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle. Bill, Ester and Madi; were awesome to work with :)
Had a service appointment today and are from out of cold lake. Staff was more than understanding and accommodating to get us on the road sooner than expected so we could travel back home for some deadlines we had. Shuttle service was great as well. We appreciated very much today.
