Bought a 2024 kia carnival less than 7 months of owning the vehicle had to go into the shop for fuel door latch not unlocking. And then threw out most of the winter car kept dying finally got it into the shop sat in the parking lot for more than a week for them to change a battery and then was charged 400$ for the battery no compensation for this what so ever and as well was told they are aware of this problem of the carnival having issues in the winter. I struggled with the service - we were always the one who needed to initiate contact. Was supposed to call when they heard from financing, never did - we called. Was supposed to call when vehicle was ready for pick up, never did - we called. Was supposed to call when a part came in for said new vehicle, never did - we called. There is a severe lack of communication.
