The buying experience was awesome with Kia. The negative that I have and NOT pleased with is within a few days of purchasing the vehicle the brakes were sqeaking really bad, and when I contacted Kia, I was informed that there was nothing that they could do to eliminate this issue and all vehicles they put out to the public has been throughly checked. Obviously not if this was missed. Very disappointed with outcome of follow up.
I have had Horrible experiences with Kia service center!!! Tires have been at a 5 for 15,000 miles (how thats possible I have no idea)Seems like they will do anything to keep from giving you the tires for life they are so proud about saying they offer when you purchase your vehicle. Had to go in before time for oil change to have oil added due to having none in my car!!( may I add I didn’t drive it for over a month due to knee surgery!! I was never pressured. The salesman Andrew, listened to what I wanted and needed. I'm really loving my new ride!
I went in to get a oil change and tire rotation and Kymber was friendly and knowledgeable and advised me on what I needed to do in the future on my vehicle
