This service department misdiagnosed my car after car was brought in after a attempted theft. Engine didnt hold compression. We told them it was a electrical issue. They actually went to as far as replace the engine, th computer and then attemted to charge us for a wirng harness. They couldnt get car to crank. Insurance company had car transferred to another mechanic.. The starter was replaced and a few other small issues were fixed. Car crunk and is fine. The horrible part was car was at Kia from december until July......... read more
