I love Daytona Kia. When everyone told me no and some dealerships wouldn't even spend their time with me, Daytona Kia took the time to get me approved and blessed me with a new car. Everyone on here saying bad things about this dealership must have not done their homework and failed to read paperwork before signing. I brought my car in because it was smoking and stalling clear signs of an engine problem. I paid $200 for a diagnostic, only to later find out they never even removed the valve cover where the real issue was. So I paid for a half-done inspection and left with the same problem I came in with.When I returned a second time for the exact same issue, they still didnt identify the problem until after I approved additional repairs. I would never buy another car from this dealership. If you do, I suggest you examine your final purchase agreement figures closely for any signs of deception.I bought a slightly used (2025 car with 3500 miles) vehicle form them. Please take the time to read this review before buying from them! We purchased a brand new 2025 Jeep Compass. After driving off the lot, I began noticing small things wrong with the car. I took my 2020 *** **** to Kia of Bowie on Sept 4, 2025, for a check engine light (code P1C28, transmission-mounted electric oil pump). The repair is covered under ***s Powertrain Warranty, and *** ******* confirmed this with Claim #XXX6860.Even after *** of ******* contacted the service manager directly, he refused to do the work, forcing me to move my vehicle to another dealership. Poorly managed and the most unprofessional I had ever came across. Leased a car but have not received my financing account details and cannot setup payment. Kia ******* cannot find my account.Cannot get anyone on the phone at the dealership as they keep hanging up on me.This is as ridiculous as it gets.
