The ultimate "shady used car" experience — but on a brand-new car. As seniors My wife & I have bought many cars, but this was hands-down the most regretful car buying experience of our lives. The deception started immediately, we went in to check out a Kia K5, never got to test drive one. The salesman rather pointed us to K4. He said it had all the options at $10K less than a K5. I recently wrote a very negitave review for Kia Medford. I would like to take that back as there was a phone problem on my end and they coulod not reach me. All the whiloe I thought they were just not calling me back. Not the case. Brandon the service Manager plus one of the service advisors were trying to call me back multiple multiple times.
