I had the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. I also had the pleasure of working with a great sales rep, Mike. Mike took me on rides in a couple different vehicles, and answered all of my questions when they came up. Mike was also very helpful during the buying process, offering waters and ice cream sandwiches. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Kia of Old Saybrook. Paige helped me look at a few different cars that I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I never once felt pressured to purchase a vehicle, only supported on any questions or concerns that I had. I ended up purchasing my vehicle on my second visit and the whole process was seamless and quick. Would highly recommend this dealer and Paige if you are looking for a new vehicle.
Excellent Turnaround and Great Customer Service! Talk with the guy about the rental on program. On the phone ask if everything was legit on the website when I get to the store it’s a whole different thing worse you went to running your credit when they said it wasn’t required. I felt mine too. Mike, coming in on his day off, shows his commitment to customer service and satisfaction. He helped my wife and I find her the perfect car. I knew what she was looking for, he knew where it was on the lot. Alex made the final leasing process very easy and seamless, despite the insurance company apparently still running on Windows 95. Remember Alex, "K as in Knife". Everyone needing a car should just come here first. Ask for Mike, and let him help you find your new car, and in doing so, he gets his Scooby Snacks.
