Aiden sold me a car at Kia of Old Saybrook. He was amazingly patient and thorough and so very nice to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured to do anything I did not feel comfortable with. I would recommend Aiden and his support staff if you want an excellent car buying experience!
I just recently purchased a new Kia SORENTO from Kia of Old Saybrook. The minute I walked in the door I was treated like and made to feel like a part of the family there. I can’t say enough about Aidan and Luke who guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions along the way. They were exceptional and to be quite honest everyone there was exceptional as well. I highly recommend going here to purchase a vehicle !!!!
I got a 2018 Kia Sportage today from Kia of Old Saybrook. The process was so quick and easy. Jeiliz was very helpful and informative about any questions we had. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Kia.
My daughter and I were greeted with a big smile by Madison I was there to see a 2018 Jeep right after the big snowfall. I was looking for a silver and black Grand Cherokee for awhile and reasonably priced and they had it. As Madison and Brenden (finance manager) brought their kindness we came to an agreement and worked out certain extras I was looking for. I’m extremely happy with my experience at Kia of Old Saybrook. My sales person, Aidan, was awesome. Not only was he able to show me multiple vehicles that fit my wants/needs, he was able to expand my mindset by introducing me to a vehicle I never thought I’d be interested in…not an easy feat!!!
