First time purchasing from Nucar in Tilton and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and the car buying process. They were up to date on available financing options and that ultimately got me the vehicle I wanted with a budget I could afford.Ā
I brought my vehicle in to get all the recalls serviced. I was told it would take 4 hours and brought my car in for a 9:30 appt. I waited. Come 13:30 I finally took it upon myself to check the progress and I was told they were on the last thing maybe another 30-45min. If your in the market for a new vehicle.......go elsewhere! Unless of course you enjoy dealing with dishonest confrontational Sales Managers named Paul. I had called and spent a fair amount on the phone discussing solid numbers for both the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and the trade in value for my 2025 with 9,000 miles on it. For a first time user of their service dept, there are no signs telling you which desk to use for KIA vehicles. I waited in line 10 minutes only to have the advisor tell me to use a different desk...not offer to help. And don't leave anything on or in your car that can be taken... my wife had a magnet taken (*stolen) off her car by someone there at the dealership in Tilton. The KIA advisor (Brendan Daly) got indignant when I broached the subject with him, he says that he asked anyone involved with the visit and they all said...Ā read more
