I would highly recommend Napleton Northlake Kia, for its service. I recently had surgery and was unable to drive. Angela Malare took the time to personally deliver my car to my home, I so appreciate her help. I give 5 Stars for personal service and helpfulness. Thank you I look forward to you taking care of my car for many years.
The communication has been extremely poor within the service department. My car was brought in on October 18th for an engine recall and it was two weeks before anyone looked at the car. Now a month has passed and I have received three completely different reports on the status of the car. The GM laughed and joked that I should get the car back right before Christmas.
