PART 2 Harv is a Customer Relations Manager who I also dealt with. He was just as difficult, until I left my first review. He called the day after I posted it and asked how they could get it removed. His tone had shifted. Only after leaving a poor review with management names on it did he seem to care what I had to say. In short, our discussion ended with “This is not a typical thing. PART 1 Summary: There was a very serious mistake made during my engine replacement that could have easily resulted in a car fire. A high-pressure fuel line disconnected while my family and I were driving it. The service manager, Rocco (or Michael, referenced in another customer's 1 star review), made it clear he had little concern for what was right, his goal was to save the dealership a few bucks.
