Email after email could not get a upfront answer
Couldn't reach anyone Via phone after attempting several times. Days prior to just getting an appointment online. Scheduled online arrived that AM and was told the service ( AC issue) would be a diagnostic and none would be done till October.
Eric, the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle. However, didn't get the vehicles as we were only $300.00 from closing the deal. The location is very accessible to I-75.
So what can I say? First thing I wanna say is when your credit score is less than perfect you’re looked at in a whole other way. You’re judged you’re treated unfairly and you’re put in a category right well I had been turned down and denied car at the car for a whole week, I googled a search and Kia ALM popped up so I give them a call.
