Great sales people and amazing customer service! Had my vehicle serviced recently and literally have zero complaints!
My first couple experiences with the service department was amazing this last time has been terrible. I booked my appointment in march and called in April to add something for them to look at and they still had my appointment set. I go to bring my car in may for my appointment and suddenly my appointment is just gone. If you're in the market for a car, do not go to ALM Kia in Perry. We have had a terrible experience. We went to get a car at the beginning of November (a Saturday) and found one we liked. We did the paperwork and purchased the car after being told it would be ready the following Monday, Tuesday morning at the absolute latest. There was one small part that needed fixing, and we were told the part had already been ordered and was on its way. Monday came and went, and we heard nothing.
