Purchased a vehicle here January 11th and I still have not received the tag from the dealer (April 2nd). Beyond this, this dealership is just a franchise of the larger ALM brand. This isn’t an issue until it comes time to work with their titles department to check the status of your tag. All calls must be routed through their corporate titles department. The corporate titles department only answers 1 out of every 20 calls and provides empty commitments when trying to secure the tag. FYI, you can only be granted one temporary... read more
My fiancé bought a truck from here a few months ago and this place has caused him nothing but stress since. He STILL has not received his license plate. He has already gotten one extension on his temporary one, but the people who work here are hard to get a hold of and incompetent. I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.
