Today was my first time visiting Kia Perry Ga. I scheduled a Oil Change on the company's website. I had a 8:00 o'clock appointment that took 3 hours and 15 minutes. I added Tire Rotation. I was advised by the associate that checked me in that the online system is not in sync and they were unaware. I was told it would be a total of 2 hours for completion. I own a Kia and every single time I need services I always have to drive to ALMKIA Perry, sad thing is that whenever I call the phone call is never answered and it pick up and back on hold again. Customer Service needs a lot of work. Was looking to get a call back about my acquiring, never happened never does. It would be nice if ya’ll answered the phone.
I’m super grateful for the great experience I had at ALM KIA of Perry. Mr. Quinton didn’t waste no time after seeing my online inquiry and was able to get me approved in minutes. I appreciate his hospitality and great efforts. Y’all go check him out.
