This dealership is completely dishonest. I bought a truck from them and within two weeks had to pay $1,100 out of pocket for repairs that clearly should have been caught before the sale. What makes this worse is that the dealership promised they would pay for the repair. Once the work was done, they went back on their word and refused to reimburse me. The service my daughter— a single mother— received while visiting with her toddler was unacceptable to anyone with a pulse. Initially, she was referred to a salesman who began her application. Before the visit was even over, she encountered the financial manager and several coworkers who assumed that because she arrived alone, she was without support or guidance. PLEASE READ: I genuinely cannot put into words how disappointing my experience was at the Kia dealership in Perry. I’m leaving this review so others think twice before bringing their vehicle here. I brought my 2015 Kia Sorento in to have multiple recalls addressed — all of which I was told would be repaired free of charge, as they are safety-related. Terrible service after buying the car nobody answers the phone and they didn't register the car under the right birthdate I guess once you sign the papers they are done with you completely
