This dealership is completely dishonest. I bought a truck from them and within two weeks had to pay $1,100 out of pocket for repairs that clearly should have been caught before the sale. What makes this worse is that the dealership promised they would pay for the repair. Once the work was done, they went back on their word and refused to reimburse me. Absolutely horrible service, the only good experience was my Salesman Jalen. They had a truck I bought (a trade in) for almost 3 weeks fixing a “problem” it had, only for it to mess up again less than a week after delivery. We had to come out over $1k in repairs after that to someone who could actually fix it. Taking it back to ALM was not an option because the truck wouldn’t run correctly without the repairs first and it was 4 hours away.
