Called for a servicing appointment due to a Kia defect (brake line issues). I was transferred multiple times then hung up on. This occured each time I called. Trying to schedule the appointment was like playing a game.
This is a salesman service review. Go see Phil. He was so patient with our Q&A, fiddling with features, our 10 yr old and gave no pressure. Didn't make us feel like second to others who stopped him with questions, he answered as he could and offered to get someone for them or directed them to the lobby. It was not what I expected as far as walking on to a dealership lot was going to be like.
