I had a great experience at this Kia dealership! The service advisors were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Don’t just take my word for it check them out for yourself! Highly recommended!

I do not recommend this location for your car shopping needs. I visited the car lot today in efforts to purchase a 2027 Telluride and could not get anyone to help me. I walked around the lot, looked at a few vehicles, and even opened the doors on a few cars and nobody offered to help me. They were not busy, the dealership was fairly empty and I’m guessing they help certain customers based on their preferences. I will make my purchase at another lot. We worked with Mel K. and had a wonderful experience. She answered multiple questions over two phone calls. We were driving over an hour each way so we wanted to make sure we understood everything before making the trip and there wouldn't be any surprises when we got there. It was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. By the time we got there they had all the documents ready, the car ready to go, and we were out of there in about half an hour. Poor service. Submitted an application online and never heard back from them. The sales rep never called me back. Did not answer my calls email or text. I had spoken to them on the phone prior to applying. They promised not to ghost me. I had to borrow a car to drive there and check on my application status for them to tell me I was not approved and they could not be bothered to even let me know. That’s how commission jobs are I guess. If they can’t make money off you. You don’t exist.

I just want to give a huge thanks to Sal and his Kia tech (Kyle?). After being lied to multiple times at Stevens Creek Kia for issues that should be covered under warranty, I have brought my car to Sal and his team twice now and received timely, excellent service. They are honest and follow through. Such a refreshing experience. Thanks, Sal!
