I had a really poor experience at Serramonte KIA, but working with Mike A. at Hilltop was a dream come true! He was incredibly transparent and helpful. For his efficiency, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail, this man deserves a promotion!
Hilltop Kia was such an experience, especially my salesperson, Moe. Her energy was filled with positivity.
We had a great experience here. At first we got the wrong car sent in and while we were disappointed the team (JC, Mo, Sean) worked to make it right and offered to deliver the car to our front door. They are informative and not trying to force a deal if it doesn’t make sense. Def worth checking them out.
I had a great experience with Mel, the sales agent at this dealership. She was very friendly, helpful and to the point; which made my purchase decision very straightforward while avoiding small sales talk and pitches which I dealt with a lot of other dealerships. I'd shop with her again in the future!
Had my car serviced recently. Love it there. Nice relaxing waiting room. Clean restroom.Tv, cellphone ports, coffee and healthy snacks. Even when I don't stay the car service is great. I normally have them drop me off at the nearest breakfast spot until they are ready for me. Time well spent either way. Things get done without me worrying about time.
