Canceled last minute. Unprofessional, and tried to offer a discount to get away with it.
I was suffering for over a year with back and hip pain that prevented me from doing any kind of workout. I literally could not get out of bed in the morning. After a few visits with Cheryl, I am nearly pain free and back in the gym. She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind and has such a beautiful healing gift.
I recently had a surgical procedure and my physician suggested I get a series of lymphatic drainage massages to speed up recovery. I found Ki to Vitality, being close in proximity to my house. I noticed after the first appointment with Cheryl that my swelling had indeed subsided. But after my second appointment I noticed a big difference. The swelling has vastly improved, the bruising has minimized, and the pain due to that swelling has been reduced about 50%. Cheryl is an absolute angel. I have been having the worst leg cramps that have kept me from getting around per usual for the last few months and Cheryl has been able to give me immediate relief so much that I am able to get back to moving around through my day.
