The receptionist has to go! She has no professionalism and is not friendly to the people who call. The doctor is knowledgeable but he needs a better receptionist. She is the face for his business.
Receptionist/Nurse was professional and friendly. Doctor Yoo was helpful. Will go back again in the future.
