This is one of my go-to's for restaurants in Oak Park. Though I haven't been particularly impressed with most of their food, their chicken tikka masala is unbelievable! Also, I've always experienced fantastic service from this place. I highly recommend you give this establishment a shot!
I was surprised at soem ot the reviews until I noticed how old they were. Khyber Pass recently reopened after a lengthy period during which they completely remodeled their restaurant. The new decor is beautiful and the service is gracious. The food is also excellent, from their naans to the variety of Indian desserts. My favorite dishes are the chicken tikka and the spinach with Indian cheese (I forget the Indian name for it.) Their buffet is also quite extensive and an excellent value for the price.
