Because of Doctor Patel I have come a long way with my depression and anxiety also feelings of regret and aggression. She not only listens, she advises and talks you through and helps you understand your issues. She doesn't rush you at all. She is the best and I hope anyone needing a therapist would be able to go to her. I am extremely grateful.
I felt really, really comfortable with her and I’m thankful that she let my husband come into the session with us for the first visit. And I’m looking forward to meeting with her again and hopefully help with my anxiety. It’s up and beyond the roof.

Dr. Patel made me feel immediately at ease. She asked the standard "intake" questions, but allowed me time to reflect on certain things rather than just rapid fire. I've tried therapy once before, but only 3 visits, it just didn't feel like it was going to be productive. However, I left my first session with Dr. Patel feeling totally at ease and knowing this was the right place to be.
