Beware of Unethical Practices - Not Worth Your Time or Money I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Dr. Duke Khuu. My interactions with him have been nothing short of disheartening, revealing a pattern of unethical practices that compelled me to find another dermatologist. Firstly, I was coerced into purchasing three of his exclusive skin care products, totaling close to $500. I see a doctor for an annual skin checkup. Paid $25 for office visits. The doctor didn't do anything except to check the skin, not even the spots that should be removed. In the end, I wsa asked to pay an additional $80. This is completely inconsistent with the insurance company's charging terms. This is an arbitrary charge. People who ask to see a doctor should beware of the phenomenon of doctors charging indiscriminately.
Dr. Khuu and his staff are great. Everybody is really friendly and responsive to patients. I never wait long to be seen. My skin is a lot healthier now that I have been going to his office. He is the first dermatologist that understands how to treat my skin issues.
