Dr Irani was my doctor during my pregnancy. April, Danielle, and Anthony are all wonderful staff at the office. The doctor himself is very kind and nice. He provides all the right info at the right time. My baby was breech and he clarified that and had scheduled the surgery accordingly. The surgery experience at Bellevue was also great and so was the stay there. The staff and nurses at Bellevue were all awesome kind and helpful.Overall I had a great experience with my baby. Dr Irani was my doctor for all 9 of my pregnancies and he has always been amazing! He is so sweet when he sings Happy Birthday in the delivery room. He is always so busy and makes sure he gives you his full attention. I highly recommend Dr Khushru and his wonderful wife Dr Farzana. I appreciate everything they did for me during my pregnancies and deliveries.
Dr. Irani and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I have two beautiful children that he helped bring into this world. He is very calm, positive and highly intelligent. Both deliveries went great and I’m so happy to that he was my doctor.
I enjoy seeing Dr. Irani, it’s a small office where the staff remembers who you are when you call or go to the office. They treat you as though your health and needs matter. You’re never waiting for a long time between singing in and being seen and the doctor and nurse spends time listening and documenting your concerns or needs.
I went to Dr. Irani for my 2 pregnancies and deliveries. My second was delivered by the on call doctor while he was vacation. It was then that I realized he didn’t have the best bedside manner. I missed my annual during the pandemic but finally made it in last week. I thought I’d give him a shot. I complained of heavy periods and clots. He was abrasive and only pushed the agenda of IUD or the pill on me. I explained my fear of side effects because of my age. During my first pregnancy Dr Irani would insult m weight gain at every appointment and tell me with absolute certainty that I was going to be diabetic. Even when the test came back that I wasn’t he still would make remarks saying that my baby was fat and that I was going to need a c section. Thank god he was on vacation when I went into labor. Dr. Irani was my doctor through two pregnancies, gestational diabetes, retained placentas, advanced maternal age, tubal ligation and the circumcision of our son. He kept us safe and was so knowledgeable. He is very honest with his advice and always has your health and the baby’s health in mind! He is so skilled and calm under pressure! I was just in for a checkup and I was appalled at how I was treated. I showed up with a mask on, which was required anyway, and I was berated over not being vaccinated, despite the fact that hippa law protects against being asked personal health questions such as that. But I ignored it. Once I was in the room, we had a discussion about contraception.
