Dr Cindy/Cynthia Rogers has no business overseeing anyone's care. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. She had that "resting face" the whole time I was there and never made an effort to help me. I felt discriminated against. I had severe symptoms and she said there was nothing wrong with me. I went to the ER and found out I have an ulcer!! Dr. Yousuf was nice to me when I seen him years ago. I wish others would say their peace about this lady. Dr. Yousuf seems extremely knowledgeable and can break down complex medical terms so a layman can understand. He also made me laugh a few times. Highly recommend.
Brought my mom in for an appointment today. I was happy that there was a covered entrance because it was raining outside. However, my mom uses a walker and I was disappointed to find that she had to go through 3 heavy glass doors to get inside (to traverse about 15 feet), none of which she could open without assistance. Not only is this place not handicap accessible, it seems to be quite the opposite. While in the waiting room, another patient was called to go back.
