I highly recommend KHS Inspection Services. I have used KHS Inspection Services to inspect 2 different homes while living in another state because I was so impressed with the work the company did the first time I needed an inspection service. I recommend Neil for general house inspection. He did a nice job inspecting the house and flagging issues; his report was useful and easy to follow. Neil did inspection himself, as a company owner, and took responsibility for his work (unlike "highly rated" companies, whose work varies widely dependent on the inspector).
