My husband and I have hired Neil with KHS Inspection to inspect two different homes for us and we believe his work to be top quality. It was evident that his work was detailed, clear, and thorough on both occasions which makes him trustworthy and highly professional in our opinion. If we ever have further home inspection needs we will be calling him first!

Neil provides the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced in my many moves over the years. (8 in the last 14 years). He offers helpful tips and can put things in layman’s terms for me to understand what needs to be done. I like how things are categorized and prioritized on the report. I am so glad that we had Neil and his team complete our home inspection- he’s the best.
Neil is who you want to do your home inspection. If there is a problem he will find it and help you get your home in tip top shape. Really can't say more than that, He is well worth the money and will give you a report same day with good pictures and tips to resolve any issues that he may find.
