I have been coming to khroma for some time now and always stuck w my main girl Lissette. She is a blessing of a nail tech and I’m so happy we crossed paths. Not only has she done an amazing job but my nails have never lifted at the bottom or chipped off (acrylic and gel x extensions normally kept on for 3-4 weeks). One thing about Lissette is she cares so much for her clients while also keeping it real and teaching you about your nails while getting them done. Worst customer service ever!!! As a first timer I’m expecting great service. especially from the photos I’ve seen.. & it was the opposite of what I expected! First an for-most I got seated to get my nails done from (FRONT DESK LADY) .. she placed 1 nail on my finger and went to answering phones and checking out other customers! as I proceeded to sit there for a good 3/5 minutes the lady than told me to go get my toes done .. mind you I only had on 1 NAIL! I don’t normally do this, but boy do I have time today. This is a new low. Leaving a negative comment on a public page with your own work page is nasty behavior. Mind you, the woman/mother in the video is in the hospital, cmon now. Do better. I hope razehellck heals from whatever ails her.
A little pricey but by far my favorite place to go! Abby is everything!
