I was happy with my nail tech. Great experience for my first time visit.
I recently got my nails and toes done here a gel french tip, one day after the service the gel polish on my four of my toes came off. I messaged Khroma on instagram and explained the situation they told me I could come in for a repair so I took the time to go in and get the nails fixed. Not kidding the next day two more of nails came off, at this point I wasn’t willing to go back to get them fixed on account they probably wouldn’t even stay on and that’s just awkward going back for the second time. I just finished my first time set of soft gel nails with Abby and she was AMAZING and so talented!! I am veryyy picky about who I go to for my nails and once my nail tech moved away I havent found anyone else until now!!! She is my go to girl now! I am just s little worried about the soft gel because they are very thin (how they are suppose to be) and I have a feeling they arent going to last very long for me due to my job but If they dont work out I will just switch back to acrylic with Abby!
Recommend Khroma Nails to everyone Abby is the one who does my nails. I have had the other staff members too They are all fantastic You won't be disappointed
