Don’t expect reliability from kph home. He does not pay his subcontractors, uses the cheapest ones so they cut corners, he is being sued by some vendor from Texas too, his subs will leave half way in to work and no one will show up for months, very disorganized , poor communication with people working, once gets paid will not respond to warranty issues, used wherein Williams cheap paint which should be used for “cookie cutter cheap homes” not on customer homes.
