Don’t expect reliability from kph home. He does not pay his subcontractors, uses the cheapest ones so they cut corners, he is being sued by some vendor from Texas too, his subs will leave half way in to work and no one will show up for months, very disorganized , poor communication with people working, once gets paid will not respond to warranty issues, used wherein Williams cheap paint which should be used for “cookie cutter cheap homes” not on customer homes. By far one of the best experiences I have had. Khamir is an awesome guy and is very detail oriented. I would highly recommend KHP Homes. If you want good quality and want the job done right then KHP homes is your answer. 👍
