I have been with the office for over 20 years, there is a new ownership and what a scam they are. Long story short, they promise you one thing and once you put your signature is another thing. Customer service Patricia is very unprofessional and rude, when I told her my concern, she sarcastically laughs at me. WOW, so unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone to use that new office, they are unprofessional and have a poor customer service. RUDE, RUDE AND RUDE!
