Rude customer service, Avery complaining how customer standing at the front door looking in and she says idk why they looking at me. Change frames and she couldn't figure out the adjustments. Personal issue on da other worker who left her by herself. I'll just take my business elsewhere
Why be located in the mall if they’re going to close so early?
A hour drive ...Showed up yesterday to make an appointment, was told come in as a walk in tomorrow. Signed in at 9:35, it's 10:45 and there are 10 people ahead of us and the Dr is running late, come back at 1pm. Nope.... Terrible service. We will go elsewhere.

Dr. Khoury and his staff were amazing I went in and had my eye cleaned from an infection and was treated with respect and courtesy, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes Thank you to the staff and Dr. Khoury
