They're located inside the mall near Hobby Lobby. If you're showing up for a walk-in, I recommend getting there early as there's a sign-up sheet that fills up fast. I ended up waiting about an hour 20 to be seen after showing up at 9:20AM. But it was worth the wait. The staff was kind and proactive in communicating wait times and what to expect. Do not come to this place so unprofessional, no help
I would give zero stars if I could I booked a 10 & 10:30 appointment they gave us 9 and 9:15 failed to let us know of time changes and were very rude about it stating it was our fault. Proceeded to be rude so I walked out. NED NEW STAFF OR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!
Rude customer service, Avery complaining how customer standing at the front door looking in and she says idk why they looking at me. Change frames and she couldn't figure out the adjustments. Personal issue on da other worker who left her by herself. I'll just take my business elsewhere
