I rarely write negative reviews, but after multiple visits to Dr. Khorsandy’s office with my 99-year-old father, I feel compelled to share our experience. The medical care may be fine, but the office management and scheduling are extremely frustrating. Nearly every appointment involves waiting well over an hour past the scheduled appointment time. Dr. Khorsandi maybe a very good cardiologist, but the scheduling and patient service is very poor. I needed a 2nd opinion and found Dr. Khorsandi on the internet. My first appointment I arrived early, parked my car( expensive parking Beverly Hills Area) I checked in, completed all the paperwork. I was let into the room, waited, and after a while the physician assistant informed me that Dr. Khorsandi had to leave, but she could see me. I was very surprised and disappointed. Dr. Korasandi and Dr. Lala save my life more than once. In September of 2020 I had a triple bypass at Cedars-Sinai and afterwards, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Korasandi and Dr. Lala as my future cardiologists. A month after my bypass one of my graphs failed and I had a severe heart attack. I was at Northridge hospital on a gurney, in the hallway, as my wife called Dr. Korasandi's office who said to get me down to Cedars-Sinai immediately. A few years back I went to Dr. Khorsandi with Low energy and AIC of 12.5. Dr K told me not to worry and said we are going to take care of you. He put me on a few meds and did a few minor procedures and Wala I am 100 percent healthy. He is the Best Cardiologist and Best Doctor and above all a very very caring Human Being. I love him as a Brother. His office is always buzzing with patients and his Staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable.
