Horrible experience. Me eyebrows were swollen for the next two days.
The person who helped me with brows didn't have a license they could show me. They did a horrible job, and I demanded to see proof they were licensed. They didn't have any documentation to provide for the person doing the service. I was bleeding!
I went in for a simple eyebrow and upper lip threading, but left feeling humiliated, bruised, and deeply hurt. I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and unwelcoming behavior. The staff seemed irritated and dismissive, as if my presence was a burden.
