I have been going to Khoobsurat salon and boutique for the last 15 years and I have been very satisfied throughout these years. Auntie ji and her staff are very friendly, professional and experienced in facial services. Greatly appreciate their flexibility and genuine care for their customers, and their prices are very reasonable as compared to local prices. Highly recommend!
OK, so I get why everyone rated them one star like yes it does hurt a bit more and yes, customer service isn’t the best but she still did a great job! I was worried she was gonna mess my eyebrows up, but she didn’t. it was $15 for eyebrows and upper lip, but in Bothell I feel like this is one of the more inexpensive options.
She’s extremely rude! She shouts on people and forces them to use what she wants
I had a very disappointing experience at the salon today. It was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. The stylist gave me a comb that was in very poor condition. Even after I pointed it out and asked if there was a better one available, nothing was done about it. I specifically requested a layered haircut, but it seemed like the stylist was not experienced with that style.
